Ycee was born in festac town,a towh
n in lagos state Nigeria where he completed his primary education at Dr soyemi memorial nursery and primary school,he went on to complete his secondary at Nigeria navY secondary school.And he is currently studying marine biology  at the Universitof Lagos.

                  Ycee started his music carreer in 2012 as an underground rapper prior to
signing a record deal with tinny Entertainment. Due to His educational engagements,he layed low for a while after gaining admission to the prestigious University of lagos. In May 2015 ycee made a come back after releasing a critically acclaimed song titled   ""CONdO ""  which he featured the girlie crooner " patoranking"", and the song was nominated as the best collaboration of the year..
